Fraudulent Job offer Alert
Love Lifesciences has become aware of fraudulent recruiting activity where individuals are posing as representatives of the company. These actors often request recipients to provide personal or financial information or require them to make payments as part of this fake recruiting process.
Love Lifesciences is not currently hiring for data entry or other remote positions. Love Lifesciences NEVER collects any financial commitment or financial information from candidates as a pre-employment requirement.
How to Identify Recruitment Fraud:
- Illegitimate Job Postings: Love Lifesciences posts all available openings directly on its website. If a posting found elsewhere is not also posted on lovelifesciences.com, it is fraudulent.
- False Emails: Scammers send fraudulent emails, which do not originate from lovelifesciences.com. We do not use public email platforms such as those available on google, yahoo, proton, or hotmail to recruit or communicate with candidates. Official emails will only come from @lovelifesciences.com addresses.
- False Phone Calls: Any phone call requesting any payment as part of the hiring process, onboarding or for any equipment is not legitimate. Love Lifesciences does not ever request payment from candidates, nor does it conduct interviews or any other part of the hiring process via phone call without a preliminary in-person or videoconference meeting.
- False Interviews: Love Lifesciences does not conduct interviews or extend offers via Google Chat, Google Meet, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other social media app or messaging service.
- Requests for Software or App Downloads: Scammers may ask you to download software or mobile apps to apply or interview. Love Lifesciences will never require you to download software to be considered for employment.
- Requests for Personal Information: Be cautious of requests for personal data such as Social Security number, bank account details or birthdate outside of our secure application process. These details are only collected via secure methods and NEVER collected by phone, email, or chat.
- Requests for Fees or Financial Information: You will never be asked to pay fees, wire money, provide banking information or cover costs for equipment, training or visa processing as part of applying for a job with Love Lifesciences.
